Complete electrical installation
Description:
In 2021, we were allowed to start a wonderful project on behalf of Bema BVBA. The complete design of an electrical installation on board the new Hekkotter Z19 ‘Brigitte’ which practices beam trawling.
The entire installation was designed and all cabinets were prepared and built by ESU. The Z19 has a main switch cabinet from which all pumps and sub-distributions are powered. There is also a Mirar Alarm and Monitoring System, which monitors all alarms on the ship. A Mirar Winch Control System has also been installed, in which the complete hydraulic winch system of the ship is controlled with a modern PLC in combination with a touchscreen panel.
After all preparation and cabinet construction on Urk was completed, the installation was wired and put into operation on location in Zeebrugge in collaboration with LS Electrotechniek.
